The care I received was professional and everything was well explained.
Friendly staff and great service
If I could give 0 stars I would. Therapists were rude to my elderly mother each visit and barely stayed 1/2 an hour!! She received very little therapy as a result following her shoulder surgery. There was even a week when she missed it completely because her therapist cancelled on her at the last minute! This company also does not provide any type of schedule whatsoever. My husband wanted therapy to get stronger to hopefully prepare for kidney transplant. It's been 2 weeks and only nurses have come . No therapy at all. They keep trying to schedule on dialysis days even though they have been told 4 times he is not home on those days . They call night before or same day to schedule . Staff is skilled and kind but information doesn't get passed along and they need to learn to work with the patients schedule
