All of the Amedisys employees were EXCEPTIONAL. The in home therapy after my stroke was amazing. Each and everyone modified and adapted both my OT & PT therapies to meet my needs to accelerate my recovery.
Very upset with them. They done my husband and I at the same time but said I missed to many appointments. I can't help it if I have alot of doctors app. They do my husband and me at the same time. If I would of missed app so would he. They would come here and I'd say aren't you gonna do me and they would say having trouble getting it thru your insurance. They never ordered me a single bandage I had to pay for my own.i called the doctor because my bottom and my legs opened back up again and she said they wouldn't take me.very... read more
They were always kind, understanding and worked with you.
While the nurses were nice enough, while they were in my house, there were several times that they were up to 45 minutes late. It got to the point where all they were doing was coming in and taking my vitals, then they'd leave. There were times that they were only in my house for between 5-10 minutes
