This was my first experience with any type of home health care for myself and Amedysis staff were WONDERFUL! Very thorough, supportive and helpful with any questions I had and such nice, caring people. I highly recommend them!
From beginning....think the connect was totally OFF. Contact at your office first time was a complete failure. Starting with a RUDE employee at office "Brittany ". Not a good look for your company. The techs all seemed professional, via email/txt, even though a mix up of SERVICES NOT NEEDED BY AMEDISYS" Quite a confusing experience!!! Starting at hospital!! My out of hospital neurologist never ordered services!!
