Omi my PT was very creative and really planned my exercises just for me. Both she and Lisa, my nurse were very friendly and caring.
Gave attention to the patient. Took care of every detail of communicating and explaining and answering questions to confirm the patient understood.
Wonderful experience with in home physical therapy Therapist was both professional & friendly and very thorough in assessing progress and challenging to next level when appropriate I have used Amedisys in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again
Truly appalling service. It's been over 2 weeks since I had the original call with a representative to set up nursing and PT for my mom. Promises that nurses would call and evaluate never happened. Finally after 2 weeks a nurse evaluator went to my moms home and submitted (supposedly) 3 day/wk nursing and a PT evaluation. 4 days later, still no response from Amedisys for any care.
