Only one nurse called the day before to schedule a visit. It’s rude to call the same day and TELL YOU when they were coming! Not happy with this home health care company. Orders made with products you don’t need but you were charged for it!
The Nurses Brittney and Mikey were great. The administration was very hard to work with especially when dealing with the insurance
They were very nice to me right on time
The nurses were extremely professional and proficient, super nice and supportive. My favorites were Brittney and Micki, especially Micki. She was so sensitive and a great listener. She made me feel like she was my best friend and had known each other all our lives. I will greatly miss her! Thank you Amedisys for such great care, compassion, and support! I will definitely recommend your company to other people.
Each one who came very thorough ,very compassionate would recommend them to everyone very thankful for each one thank you all so much.
