PT showed refused to help put shorts on to conduct theeapy. Shameful , dont come back.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at ALL! They cycle through therapists at an alarming rate. You get used to seeing someone and you request them, only to find out that they are no longer with the company. I used this agency for outpatient services and after completing my sessions i unfortunately was referred back by my physician for outpatient services again. It is my personal experience Amedisys does not care about their employees. My personal car was vandalized and burglarized while at a patient’s home. Amedysis has done nothing to compensate me for my damages. I was insulted by risk management as she told me the rate they pay for mileage is to cover the cost of damages to my vehicle. No efforts have been made to ensure the safety of clinicians.
Really love Amedisys Home Health. They have been so great with my elderly grandmother who broke her knee in December and they have just been so wonderful! Mr. Will does such a great job with her PT and getting her up and going and Mrs. Christy is awesome and just so fun to talk with and is very thorough in everything with my grandma. Also Mrs. Brooke is so sweet and they are so trustworthy I feel very comfortable with them helping my grandmother.
