Just completed 3 weeks (9 sessions) of in home Physical Therapy after knee replacement surgery. The therapists assigned to me were highly professional, caring, knowledgeable and very helpful! I’ve made great gains and can’t imagine doing so without the help of these folks especially Lori who provided me with outstanding care! And all of this took place with no hassle or bureaucratic complications. Thank you all!!
The staff members I dealt with were friendly and somewhat professional. they came once a week and expected me to do their job the rest of the week. They told me they were going to discharge my father for not doing their job that they are getting paid for for .
My mother is not receiving true hospice care.
After dealing with many home health care services these people are the very worst in this area!!!! Do not use them !!! They only care about getting their tablet signed so they they can bill your insurance compant!!!!
