I was given this company's name for a possible home health service for my father. I had not heard of them before. When they initially made contact with us, the nurse was kind, courteous, and very empathetic of our situation. It was explained to me that they recently changed names from another local company. During this transition, I encountered some of the kindest clinicians. They called the day before their visit, were prompt, and tended to my father's needs. Failed to call and failed to show up on the appointment time they had set. Was phoned after 7pm by the rudest person I have ever encountered. Stated they have the right to reschedule appointments as needed. So much for a courtesy call to tell me they were not coming. Then told me a 2hr time slot that was not convenient to us. When I said it was inconvenient she repeated that they would be their at the same time! I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.
