I was extremely impressed with the empathy and understanding Phillip showed me from the very beginning. Great persons working for Amedisys. Limited assistance due to heath insurance constraints. The older we become the less benefits are offered to us. So sad. The insurance system regading the elderly is so limited. UNFORTUNATE!
