My brother passed at home Dec 22 2025 Amedisys let him down in 2 major ways. Oxygen mask & bedside potty 2 Stars for the Administrative side of Amedisys. 10 Stars to & for all the nurses & aids that came to his home for his care. Every single medical & aid person that came here, we were very pleased with. Horrific end of life for my beloved brother. He suffered so much to the end & he was aware. Using our trash can for bucket to bedside toilet Bucket arrived 2 days after he passed. It didn’t fall on the order dates of twice ... read more

Staff is friendly and reliable. Best physical therapy department in Jamestown, hands down!
My elderly mother had surgery on her knee on a Thursday over a week ago (2-9-23) and was supposed to start therapy. They still haven't showed up and today is 2-18-23 Please please pick someone else because these people obviously do not care about their patients or doing their job. I seriously don't even know why they are even there. Again I urge you to pass on this company.
