Nurses were nice but I was very disappointed with the fact that on day one I was told they would help me get my mother a shower chair. After 8 weeks she was discharged and still no chair. They point finger at doctor but in 8 weeks I feel like mire could have and should have been done to see that this was taken care of.
We had the best experience with this agency. The entire group of nurses, LPNs, and staff are so caring and concerned about the patient's well being. They call ahead, make every effort to be on time, and if there is a delay, they make contact with you to assure you they are on the way. They never know what type of situation they are walking into, but handle each case with a great attitude. We highly recommend Amedisys Home Health Care to everyone needing services.
