I would like to address the board of directors in reference to my case. The ratings above are for the in home staff only. I wrote a long review in reference to the recent shuffling of personnel and I for one am very upset with it but it seems your reviews are limited to size. I think you are looking at your own personal problems and forgetting the main purpose of your companies service which is the patients. Sincerely, Kenneth Willis
This place is a joke they don't care about the caregivers or the clients. The only thing this place cares about is money. Get everything in writing!
This people of this organization have taken such great care of my dad allowing his passing to be as comforting as possible. With their knowledge and support, my mom was able to be comforted during the difficult moments. Everyone has been remarkable, but the one that stood out the most was Carol. Her beautiful voice as she sang to my dad will be a memory to last forever. THANK YOU!
they only care about money nurses are over worked don't spend enough time with patients hard time contactings doctors via office get mad if you have a question or complaint..the nurses some are good some don't need to be in this line of work show up at your home dressed to be going out on the town strong perfume takes your breath calls you a liar when you call them out saying they aren't wearing any...don't wear any kind of proctive clothing to keep from cross contaimating from other patients home..have a alergy to pet hair ... read more
They are wonderful with their clients. They have taken wonderful care of my mother every time she is registered.
Home health agency contracted to provide in home care for disabled, elderly parent. Between August 20th, 2011 and September 15, 2011, this agency failed to provide caretakers for at least 6 shifts without notice or did not send caretakers in a timely fashion, meaning that there were gaps with no caretaker present.
