Do Not Recommend. I saw Scott first to do paperwork and get some instructions on exercises, then I saw Craig a Physical Therapist twice and I also saw an occupational therapist, which I really didn't need to see. They say they will show up, and then you sit there all day waiting and it's a no call no show wasted day for me. I do not recommend them if you have a knee replacement, I would have been better off going straight to regular Physical therapy. Not happy and will not use them for my other knee replacement. I have been an RN,EMT3 AND RESCUE SWIMMER IN THE UNITED STATES COAST GUARD,.and I have never heard so many excuses and what they DONT DO, SO IF YOU WANT TO BE TALKED TO BY A VERY UNCARING AND RUDE PERSON,JUST CALL THESE UNCARING INDIVIDUALS .I'm 100 %disabled, have all the necessary paperwork from the doctors because to the young lady named Pamela ,I have filled out by hand young women than hours you are old. I highly recommend Amedisys in Trussville, everyone that has come out and worked with my mother-in-law has been professional and super nice. Casey the Occupational therapist and Leah the physical therapist are awesome! Thanks Amedisys for treating my mother-In-law like family!
