This group is amazing. They were there for me from the day after my surgery.
Excellent from start to finish. I was very impressed with the entire team that was involved with my Care. They were all both personal and professional. I felt like the way they communicated and collaborated with each other was extraordinary. If myself or any of my family members ever needed the services again they would definitely be who we would use.
Reading all these negative reviews has validated my own experience with this service. The nurse Angel never responded to any messages I sent. They have a very bad scheduling process. You will get a text message the night before they want to show up without any consideration if you have other appointments, which is critical when dealing with people who are very sick. Wish I had checked reviews first. Poor communication
We missed one call while in the hospital then the “coordinator “ called to say the could not reach us and wanted to come out Saturday but since she was just the coordinator she didn’t know the time and they would call us. Friday we called them and were promised the scheduler who was at lunch would call us back. We told them we had multiple appointments the next week so we need more notice.
