We missed one call while in the hospital then the “coordinator “ called to say the could not reach us and wanted to come out Saturday but since she was just the coordinator she didn’t know the time and they would call us. Friday we called them and were promised the scheduler who was at lunch would call us back. We told them we had multiple appointments the next week so we need more notice. My third day at home. Had to call their office to ask them why they had not contacted me. Was told they would call back with answers in an hour. About four hours later they called back only to say someone would contact me tomorrow to set up a schedule. In my opinion this is not acceptable. I need the most help when I first get home. They know that I’m upset with them so I’m not expecting much care. We will see. I will be posting a review as my care progresses. Right now a two star review is pretty lenient.
No. Do not use these people! They are very unprofessional and did not show up when scheduled. No call, No show. I called the lady named Angel who did the initial evaluation for my 83 year old mom to ask why nobody showed up. She said let me find out why Jesse never came and call you right back. She never called back. I called the Manager at Gastonia location named Sandy and all she did was lie and make excuses for them .
