The entire company was absolutely wonderful and helped me immensely. My physical therapist was Kevin and has me now able to walk even without my cane sometimes. He also put me on such a great exercise program and weight program in my gym at the apartment complex that I will keep using and continue to use as time goes by. Again, what a wonderful company and I hope I won’t have to, but if they need arises, I would totally use this company and only this company for my physical therapy and medical needs.
I've had a complete health care treatment with continuous improvement. Each and every one of them were terrific to work with. I would highly recommend all of them. I was hospitalized for 2 surgeries I came out needing home help. The nurses all are good & attentive. What I really needed was the physical therapy. I had two therapists as my walking became more of a shuffle. I REALLY needed them. Allen & Kevin are outstanding & very helpful. They are the best.
I had a love one who had a nurse/pt help them after they had surgery in SF. The nurse/pt was fantastic! She truly cared and wanted me to get better! She did whatever it took to encourage me to do my exercises. They also made sure I allwayw had someone to speak to when I had extra questions! Fantastic care!
Amedisys Home Health Care's Pleasant Hill California has very poor management who hides behind Medicare and will not own up to their mistake or correct it. They not only don't taking care of your loved ones as they would their own, but can't take criticism nor will they correct their error when you point it out to them. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
