I wish I didn't have to give them any stars at all because they don't deserve even one! I have been waiting for a refund of the money I pre-paid for flowers for my son's wedding that was canceled April, 2020. I have called them twice (once in April when I was told by Renee Amedeo that I would be receiving my refund check right away) and then in November when I was instructed, also by Renee Amedeo, to submit a copy of proof of purchase. Did not get what I ordered for my sister in the hospital. I ordered a $75.00 arrangement. Asked for a Colored vase, with roses and babies breath and this is what I got! I was told by Renee that she made the arrangement herself and put roses in it. Do you see any? I don’t? There are None. Zero. Cheap clear glass vase like you can buy a The Dollar Store!
