Mom got kicked off hospice, really bad stroke, cant walk, 94 yrs old. Im an only child and mom still meets all the criteria. We love our nurse and our tech. But the office called and yanked care w no notice. She has a really low bp at times and its a constant battle to get her to eat. She is incontinent and i have to move her with a lyft. I was referred to them by a friend when I was having trouble getting my mom admitted by another hospice company. They had a counselor at my mom's room with paperwork in 30 min. They had her admitted to hospice an hour later, and administering comfort meds in 3 hours. My mom passed 3 days later. I was thankful for there prompt, thoughtful assistance. They provided me with information I didnt even know I would need so quickly.

Had an amazing experience with Choice Hospice. My dad stayed at Focused Care of Webster his last few days of life The care he received from the staff at Choice was so loving and kind. Thank you for making his last days comfortable.
