RecommendedWhen I was a first time buyer in 2011 I made the mistake of trying to get a pre approval with Wells Fargo, what should have been a simple yes or no process we waiting 3 months, and went through 4 different loan officers because they all kept quiting to be told we couldn't get pre approved. We fortunately found Jason Fischer and what took months with the other place he was able to get done extremely quick and get us approved.

Nothing like I expected, Way BETTER! The whole team excelled at what they do! I was dreading the initial meeting, but everything was explained clearly, and never once did I feel “dumb” for not knowing terminology.
