Hands down the best cycling classes I have ever been to! Amina's classes push you in the best way possible. Love her energy! Highly recommend. UPDATE: Still the BEST cycling studio in the DMV area! Classes are always challenging and push you to your limit but the choreo is so much fun that time flies. All the instructors have great energy and great playlists. Class sizes are intimate so you really get to know the owner and other students. This studio has a family vibe that many big chains lack.
