MUST HAVE A REFERRAL FROM PSYCHIATRIST OR PCP!!!! It's not listed on the website and even though they take my insurance I still had to ask for referral. Unfortunately I have a lazy PCP and have been waiting for almost a week now for said referral and don't expect any help from this office to speed that up. They won't call for you and they only argue with you when you give your opinion on how clinics like this is why people don't reach out. One star because I cannot give 0. Very poor communication skills, not a good DR. Would rather prescribe medication than deal with patient issues.
September 2024 When the doctor comes out to the waiting room and personally greets you, that shows you his concern and compassion. That compassion continues throughout your visit. His staff is also very concerned and helpful.
