These flowers were ordered on 10/15 to be delivered on 10/20 only to be delivered and returned on 10/17 and the roses were already wilting. I contacted the seller and advised them that the arrangement was not what was ordered and delivered on the wrong day. The seller stated that she would add additional flowers to the arrangement and that's all she did. On 10/20 the same arrangement was "redelivered" with a few more flowers. Super accommodating. The owner went out of her way to get my order completed even when my event was rescheduled. Flowers are beautiful. I would recommend and absolutely use her again.

We live in the neighborhood and try to come here to support local (and my flower habit) at least once a week and they are never open. Perhaps they only focus on delivery orders, but I am so tired of being disappointed by your locked doors! Please consider adjusting your hours for walk-ins, especially with the strip mall getting becoming more built up!

This was the delivery I got. My husband ordered me an anniversary bouquet but they never rang the doorbell or knocked and I was home all day. Opened the door around 5pm and this was what I saw. Arrangement was pretty pathetic too. I know my husband ordered a better arrangement than what showed up.

My son in PA sent me a floral arrangement for Mother's Day VERY disapponted as the flowers began to wilt the next day. The packet that extends the life of the arrangement was not included as it is with other florists. I called my son and told him not to use this florist again.
