Erin has always been helpful, kind and considerate. She Handles all inquiries with the utmost professionalism.
Very poorly run property group. Our property manager is often combative, will not answer questions, and the only thing she responds with is go to the meetings. I understand we are supposed to go to the meetings, however when there is not a meeting and we have a question we should be able to ask someone a quesiton. We literally empoly them to run our community. They should be able to answer basic questions. Robin is no better. She will not return phone calls and only respondes to emails (sometimes).
