In Q42024 Arroyo Verde Estates HOA Board decided to give control over to Amcor (Robin Thomas and team) without the courtesy of checking in with the Homeowners. The HOA went ahead with their choice. I must say it has been the most disastrous and dysfunctional decision. Absolutely NO integrity. Our HOA recently changed to Amcor Property Management and Carson is our property manager. I am very impressed on how she handles our meetings, she very knowledgeable and professional and she is extremely responsive to any concerns or questions I have brought to her. She treats everyone with patience and respect; I am pleased she is working for us at Terra Vista Condominiums.
