Horrible and extremely incompetent company. Nothing quite describes unprofessionalism like having the owner, Robin, hysterically scream at me on the telephone to the extent that I had to hang up on her. Amcor is a bunch of incompetent people that have no business being property managers. The amount of money they were charging our small complex was insane...they nickle and dimed us for Everything!! Our HOA has never been so relieved to be rid of Amcor. Be very leery and cautious of this organization.

For our first foray into rental property ownership, we chose a company that seemed capable of guiding us through the nuances of being landlords. Initially, prior to signing the contract, their communication was excellent. However, once the contract was signed, their responsiveness diminished significantly.
