Excellent Property Management company! All the managers are highly trained and handle HOA job walks with ease!
TERRIBLE management!!!! We pay $180 a month to have Amcore manage our small community of only 28 homes and they drop the ball on every single thing every single time. It’s an absolute waste of money do not contract their company at all.
Amcor’s name says it all. Amcor Property Professionals. I deal with Amcor in 2 HOAs. They are fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and take the time to understand what you need. In particular, Anna Litchfield and Robin Thomas are like the 1-2 punch to solving HOA issues. Rhonda is the final knockout; that lady gets it done! They have the experience to get the best solution. I’ll tell ya, just make the call. See if they have your solution! You won’t be disappointed!
