Our HOA uses Amcor Property Management and our manager is Cara. Her manager is Robin. Both of them, Cara and Robin, are very efficient and effective. They respond quickly to all emails and requests.
As a real estate agent, I work with HOA property managers and staff often. Leeann R. was incredibly helpful and continues to be during my client’s transition. So much so that I had to meet her in person! AMCOR Property Professionals is lucky to have her on staff. I am certain my client is in great hands.
One of the most unprofessional and arrogant companies I have had to deal with. Instead of approaching me directly they had a member of the HOA take a photo of a pet screening I did on the property and just said “take it down”. I reached out with further explanation as to why to see if it was a simple fix on addressing the issue and I could keep it up.
