How often are you guys going to call? Just let it hit my credit report and I’ll pay. I have proof of the $1000+ already payed, after that, never got another bill. Not my fault that something fell through on my hospitals end, not about to pay a company I’ve never heard of.
They will keep charging for the same bill, but it takes 30 days to get the money back and they took double what I was supposed to pay! They sure charged me in seconds, but it takes 30 days for me? I was excited to pay off my medical bills but I don't want to pay twice and three times

No one enjoys having debt collectors up your bum and I had approached them in a polite but obviously frustrated manner due to not understanding why my hospital bills were sent to them in the first place; however Crystal was very grounded and helpful. She was very patient and explained everything to me and helped me work out a solution that handled their end of business and also accommodated my financials. They expect yoy to pay thousands of dillars without the option of a payment plan!!! Plus the refereance number given by the associate was incorrect so i couldnt attempt a payment plan online
