No one enjoys having debt collectors up your bum and I had approached them in a polite but obviously frustrated manner due to not understanding why my hospital bills were sent to them in the first place; however Crystal was very grounded and helpful. She was very patient and explained everything to me and helped me work out a solution that handled their end of business and also accommodated my financials. They expect yoy to pay thousands of dillars without the option of a payment plan!!! Plus the refereance number given by the associate was incorrect so i couldnt attempt a payment plan online
For a debt collector, they were super friendly and easy to work with. My situation was probably different than most. My bills should have never made it to them as the hospital was continuously taking money from me and applying how they wanted to, so how these bills made it through the cracks I have no idea. However, they set up the payment plans with ease and then allowed me to settle when I was ready.
Probably the first 5-star review for a collections agency. In this case, hospital billing erred multiple times telling me my account was current even though I was getting late notices on my account. Sent to collections even with payment plan active. Representative was super understanding and clearly explained my options. Ended up saving money with a settlement.
