This is the most hateful place you could deal with . I’m making payments to the original place and they still turned me in to this company whom I can’t even contact!! I’ve tried several numbers and it always goes back to a dial tone. My credit score is perfect because I do pay my bills on time. But this company is horrible. They won’t acknowledge that I’ve even paid anything!!!
I asked over and over and over and over to please stop calling me after you confirm that the person you're looking for is not me. I have filed a complaint with the fdcpa and excited that we will be going to court over this. You cannot contact people over and over and harass them for what you have not even checked to see if it was the right person or if the social match. So I paid Amcol for Bon Secours Mary immaculate hospital bill in January of last year and paid them 749.70 to settle a debt that was 1,071 and now they are trying to get their sister company cble after they cashed the check from my bank that said on the check if they accepted this amount it was to finalize the 1,071 dollar debt because they offered me a 749.70 cent to finalize so I would never be billed again. And they told me I wouldn’t, now 4 months later I am getting harassing phone calls from cble that says they too boug... read more
This whole process ia ridiculous and no one really listens when you try to let them know you have no balance and insurance should cover it. The urgent care never asked for my insurance (I was sick and didn't even think about it) I've called 3 times and told them that my insurance was different insurance and that that notes were going to be put on my file... Guess what STILL NO NOTES! and no call backs. This is ridiculous. I will continue to fight paying this because I DONT OWE ANYTHING....
