I paid off my balance in FULL and still got billed for $500 unexpectedly. I just had a bill in collections. I don’t have an extra $500 laying around.
So since my partner usually has me handle his business for him I call and we pay a settlement, I ask the lady if I we pay settlement will we owe anything after the fact which she states no we should not. I call again bc there is a new balance that of course popped up not even a week later. The lady that I spoke to states that it wasn't updated and she will have it taken care of. This is the most hateful place you could deal with . I’m making payments to the original place and they still turned me in to this company whom I can’t even contact!! I’ve tried several numbers and it always goes back to a dial tone. My credit score is perfect because I do pay my bills on time. But this company is horrible. They won’t acknowledge that I’ve even paid anything!!!
