The company is great . The manager and HR team very understanding and supporting me when I had a grieving time . The co-workers are very nice . I’m so proud to be part of that team.
In this shop parts always go missing or serial numbers get changed. Parts are all over the place and for the scrap parts the employees tend to hide to not get in trouble. Failed inspection. No one takes accountability for their actions. Benefits are minimal. Very segregated company. Hispanics on one side, Asians on another, Black and Caucasian as well. Too many people telling you what to do. Confusing on whom is in charge. Very poor management. Management came in everyday with a very horrible attitude, rude and disrespectful... read more
