I recently moved into my home destroyed during sandy. Being new construction, there were plenty of displaced creepy crawlers looking for refuge inside. I hired aamco and shelled out over $400 for one year of monthly exterior service with interior upon request. My contract reflects this. I was told that a few days prior to them coming out for the exterior each month, they would call to verify, and at that point I could request interior service. This was early july.
