I have shopped with Aaron for quality jewelry and diamonds for 25 years. He was recommended by coworkers and friends that bought from Aaron around 10-20 years before me. Quality diamonds with better prices than the mall jewelry stores.
A terrible customer experience, and a compete unwillingness to rectify the situation. Aron is not a reputable jeweler.
I would give zero stars if I could. A necklace was custom designed and quite expensive and we were not happy with the final product. Instead of calmly coming to a resolution, Aron became verbally abusive. Save your money and go elsewhere.
