for the time that I have used AmCheck it has never worked well. And now I call support to try and gain access to my account because their website is down and I am offered no help at all. Seems like a company that does not value their customers and has incompetent management.

This is by far the worst payroll company I have ever dealt with. Have just 30 minutes for lunch and want to get a copy of your pay stub? Forget it dealing with these people. What I have to do each and every payday is first get rejected two to three times trying to sign in, then get a security code to reset my password. It by far the most inconvenient payroll system I've ever experienced. Hopefully my company will find another company to process the payroll.
