I was selling my house and Ryan did the inspection for the buyers. They had an objection and Ryan representated me with my insurance. He got it all approved on a claim which no one else mentioned was an option. He continued to work with my insurance to get more approved after the initial approval. He kept me informed constantly and was fantastic through the entire process.
