We are waiting on an Appraisal that is needed to close on our home by September 15th. We are counting on Tracey Day to do everything possible to make that happen!
Tracy Day is the absolute best! We were in the market as first time home buyers so we didnt know what to expect.Every question we had about the mortgage process she answered proficiently! She made sure we had everything that underwriters would request already together when it was submitted. Id say she is definitely on top of her game! If we ever decided to buy another home, we will definitely being going back to Tracy (and Terry of course!)
