These are serious equipment pros that know the machines they sell and service. They always arrive on time and get in and out quick. They are always willing to teach and help, as well. I bought a very used Mimaki JFX200 and they got it up and running in a few hours and have helped me keep that running for two years now with almost zero down time and at little expense. In fact, I was so impressed with the machine and their service, that I bought a new machine from them last year and it has run flawlessly to date.
