Horrible management & pest control. I was bitten by a brown recluse in one of the apartments at Garden way, and the way it was handled was unimpressive. I was not taken seriously when I asked for pest control the first time, once pest control did come, every single trap they laid ended up with 3-4 brown recluse spiders in them.
