My journey with them started in April this year. I wanted an upgraded shingle and it took months to recieve (this was my choice btw). They kept in touch with me thru the process, updated me and finally got it done. In a day and I have a big house. My roof looks amazing! I would take pics but it's covered in leaves. Everything they said they were going to do they did. One of the employees threw away a gutter guards by mistake.
