I have not been very satisfied with the experience I’ve had with some of the front desk staff when calling the office lately. In particular, one staff member has been consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. We spoke a few times this week, she appeared to intentionally disconnect the call after recognizing my voice & she provided me with information regarding the practice’s policies that was inaccurate which I also think is intentional. It's disappointing
This is an edit of my original review because they have since removed the urine smell. I absolutely adore my therapist Ashley and how adaptive AMC Psychiatry has been with me, especially when I needed to change my appointment time to fit my new work schedule. I also find the front staff people to be very friendly and kind. Only thing I wish to change is the front lobby smells a little musty and it puts me off quite a bit. Luckily I'm not in there for too long, but it's still bothersome
Dr. Nekkanti works well with me creating a treatment regiment that focuses on my needs. I am a psych nurse and I have had incompetent psychiatrists before and I am grateful for her knowledge, expertise and patient centered care. Highly recommend going to see her!
My son has autism and he was a patient at CFD services, but now CFD are closing, so I contact AMC and they just let me know they can't take my son, for some strange reason, after receiving his referral and office notes stating they can't accommodate his needs! Excuse me really. I'm so upset and disappointed. But his primary doctor is there. Make it make sense. All he need is malediction management and they can't do that.
