Their website says very clearly "free estimate ". That really means if you don't give him the job. You owe him$250. He didn't mention that charge before they came. Give him the job. But don't feel right
I would highly recommend *** and AMC Plumbing in Beaumont, TX. They are honest, fast, and reasonably priced. I have had many service people in my home over the last 18 years and the AMC have the best service techs. They are friendly, polite and clean up after themselves. They go above and beyond to make sure you understand what's wrong and what it will take to fix it. I can't say enough about the quality of their work.
