Worst experience of my life. The inhumane driver caused my 93 year old mother to miss her eye doctors appointment to treat her macular degeneration. I wrote to the regional ceo Charles Maymon weeks ago and never received a response. This company is despicable!!
Worst experience!! We made us get late to the doctor's appointment my mom had back surgery, she was in a lot of pain. They made her wait to be picked up for more than 1 hour. This is inhuman and insensitive, they are transporting people in pain, hurt, sick and they could careless how long they have to wait. Unacceptable!! I don't know how this company is still in business
mother discharged mt sinai at 530 am. promised pick up within 90 minutes. driver showed up at 1015 am. 83 year old woman had 2 surgeries yesterday. this is company's SOP!!! why do hospitals use this company? lowest bidder?
This company has recently changed their pickups from 60 minutes to 90 minutes w\o advising the patients! I was 3 minutes longer than they saw g it to wait and we h ad to cancel Dr. Appt.
