We operate a large call center and cafeteria. Our business is more web based. I thought cleaning here was not a complicated task.
I was searching for a janitorial company after our last one got used to 'sticky fingers', after much investigation, I decided that it was necessary to take on a fresh approach. I came across AMC and got a very unexpected response. After our initial walk-through, I went over a list of items that the old company was doing; they showed me how the old company was ripping me off by switching invoices, manipulating my paper stock inventory and claiming to have cleaned certain areas where we were told - was clean. I am sure AMC could have kept up the same routine and overcharged me for their services but they took a more honest and realistic approach to what could and could not be done on a daily basis.
I actually thought I was saving money with the old company and AMC showed me a more efficient way of tasks, while reducing my cost. Needless to say, my boss was very happy about saving money and me about saving face.
AMC has continued to work with me by refining my cleaning needs. We experimented in the first few weeks but now we are at a point where the cleaning is done, on time, as promised and the way I like it. I know this review got a little long but I think finding a good janitorial is like finding that local mechanic or most recommended dentist.
