Dr.Applewhite is such an amazing surgeon! She definitely tells it like it is, even if you don't want to hear it. She performed my breast lumpectomy this past April and the procedure was a bit tricky but between she and the breast radiologist, they were able to make my surgery a successful one. I go back to her in a couple weeks to remove my port and I'm looking forward to seeing her again.(somewhat lol!) She's the best!!!
I give Dr. Applewhite 10 stars, 5 stars for being amongst the best surgeons I have ever dealt with and 5 stars for just being so nice. She is extremely professional in every way. I think I became an expert on Parthyroid surgery after she so carefully and calmly explained everything to me before and after the surgery. She showed true compassion by holding my hand and comforting me. I am so grateful for her care. Sal Shariff
