My mortgage company paid these people for a rush appraisal way more than the cost of a normal appraisal! The guy took the money and agreed to get it in possibly by Tuesday but latest Thursday was the deadline. The guy never submitted and took the money knowing the situation I’m in! I once again can’t close on my home I have no where to go! I’m in a complete disaster! This is a terrible sad company who clearly doesn’t care!! Don’t use them!
