Luke is a fair and honest mechanic. He doesn’t throw on parts, instead he takes his time to properly diagnose your car. I came in with my 204 GLI with a EPC and CEL, he took the time to test my HPFP, timing chain, and camshaft. Instead of just throwing on a HPFP and in tank fuel pump, he changed then fuel filter and was honest about everything. Communicated everything to me in extreme detail. To say the least I was left very satisfied with his services.
Luke is an exceptional human - Down to earth and knows how to treat his customers. I brought my Audi S4 for a complete brake job and got best quality in parts. Most importantly he was honest and showed me before and after installation. He goes the extra mile to ensure his customers are 100% truly satisfied. I will definitely be coming back here for any issues regarding my Audi. Thanks for everything Luke!
Best service shop in the GTA for your German car, knowledgeable and reliable people, especially Lukman. Went in for a spark plug and haldex fluid flush and change for my 2022 S3, Lukman was flexible with my schedule and was fairly priced. I’m a bit skeptical on which shop I go to, as I have seen some bad workmanship from a lot of shops I know that service German cars, but this is definitely the most trustworthy and reliable shop on the GTA hands down.
I recently brought my car in to Luke for an oil change and full inspection. After the inspection, he pointed out all the issues, but most importantly, he gave me honest advice on what to do next. He never pushed service or products, and treated it basically as if it was his own car. I've been to other places that treat you as another customer, Luke treated me as a friend as well.
