They had the best price and warranty. It took them one day to replace our old A/C and heating system, and it works great. Our electric useage has dropped about 25%. The crew was so polite, and careful about protecting our floors during installation. The salesman Dan came by to inspect the installations, and ended up helping with the install and making sure we were happy. Great service, great company.
I replaced my complete unit (inside and out). I am very, very pleased. My old unit was purchased in 2005. During the last 6 years, I have used Amburn AC perform yearly check ups. I was so concerned about the debt I would be getting into with a new system. However, I had several companies out of Livingston make bids. Amburn AC gave the BEST bid. We used Amburn AC for a repair and also to install a new whole-house dehumidifier. Dan and his crew did an outstanding job, showed up when they said they would and were efficient about getting the work done. We love that they are a local business, and we highly recommend them.
The only heating and cooling company in Polk County that I have ever trusted and have used. Dan is the lead guy, been there for ten years, is very honest and informative, qualities you don’t find with every company out there. Russ has been there for two years and is very good and like Dan, is friendly and honest. Just had a condenser put in and although not cheap, the quality of materials and labor is unmatched. Don’t consider anyone else is my recommendation.
