This is a horrible company. The 2 EMTs were extremely disrespectful to my dear friend. Unit 127 transported him from Verdugo Hills Hosp. to Las Encinas Hosp. @ 2:30 am on 25jan. He was suffering emotional issues, serious enough to be treated for it at Las Encinas. These guys showed up blaring loud aggressive Suicide Squad with the lyrics "welcome to the adylum." This is abuse. They shouldn't even be in business.
The EMTs and medics at this station are hard workers and always strive to provide top-quality BLS-IFT patient transport. More healthcare facilities must utilize this company if they aim for providing excellent patient experience during discharges and care-transfers.
I could not be more impressed with the compassionate, gentle care my 101 year old mother received during Ambulnz transport to Arcadia Methodist Hospital. Bruce and Alan introduced themselves to her, talked her through every step of the process, and did an excellent job of problem solving the most comfortable way to transfer her from bed to stretcher. Very careing and on time with warming smiles
A company with great goals and an even greater work culture! Working here, at a new, emerging company has given me the ability to really have an impact on the direction and growth the company has. I feel genuinely fulfilled and extremely valued on a day to day basis. Upper management empowers and trusts me with assignments that I've only dreamed of doing. On top of all of that there is a great, close work environment with modern, beautiful offices that are fully stocked with every snack and drink requested!
