Really nasty people on the phone I'll tell you that. Very mean, not helpful and definitely feeling like they are way over there station. This is a horrible place and I will never call here again.
First time experience an it was offal.... this is a teaching hospital an they need to do better , they do not fully explain what's going to happen before an after an they rush thru there patients an I was that patient....one time shot for me seen to many red flags for it to be a learning hospital/ dental clinic.....
The care is very good. The staff is caring and nice. But the wait time for a procedure can be long. I definitely would recommend them.
I have been dealing with sciatic pain for 13 longgggg months. After seeing an Orthopedic surgeon for years, all he treated me with was cortisone shots that did not work. I’ve been in constant pain every day since my last shot. I had had enough and consulted with Dr. Jongco and his partner to move to the next level of treatment. Wow! An amazing experience. The nurses were professional, friendly, and helpful. I even got a call the next day just to make sure I was doing well. Top notch!
