I was there today for a minor surgery with Dr. Aruna Yedla- I can’t say enough good things about her and the entire team & staff. Everyone was so compassionate, attentive, and patient. I live in NYC and don’t drive, so it was a bit of a hike for me but totally worth knowing I was in good hands. Thank you doctors, nurses and staff, and a huge thank you to Dr. Yedla 😊
Honestly if I could leave 0 /stars I would. My mom was scheduled for a procedure at 1 we were told to get here at 11 we did and they got her set up and now she’s sitting with an iv in a reclining chair in a freezing room till possibly 345. Apparently her procedure was delayed and nobody is even coming up to her to see how she’s doing. So she’s expected to sit like a dog staring at nurses that won’t even look at her let alone make her feel even 1% comfortable. I had such a horrible experience in Post Anesthesia care unit on 4/16/15, and under the advisement of one of my doctors I was asked to write this comment so the nurse Lisa Casey who was in charge of my care after my surgery would see this in writing and see that how she treated me was very unprofessional and hopefully will never treat another patient like she did me.I will limit it to the really unacceptable things that I still have nightmares over even after a week of being there.I was scheduled that day to have 2 ovarian c... read more
