I recently had my second procedure at the Ambulatory Surgery Center of Boca Raton, and once again the experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the nurses and staff were warm, professional, and incredibly reassuring. For someone who had never gone through surgery or anesthesia before, their genuine kindness made a world of difference. This place was excellent. The staff is amazing and took very good care of me. They are very efficient and caring. I highly recommend them.
I was a difficult patient because I was so scared of this procedure. All the nurses and front staff were so amazing and supportive, they were very understanding and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable in anyway. I want to thank Dr Bach, Vanessa and Shaun and especially Aileen and Olegxander they stayed with me through the whole process and tried their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible.
I want to take the time to thank all the staff at this center. On July 15th I came in for a procedure and I am honored to come across the best staff at any medical center I went to! I can honestly say the staff here was Very loving all very kind very gentle had patience with me and I even had a break down moment but with all the support of the staff at the center help me get through a break down I was having and no matter how long the process took for me to start procedure and be able to be discharged they all took time and ... read more
