Been there for 23 years now they are closing This stinks so now all my knee care is going to Upstate Bone and Joint in East Syracuse

Had good luck last year when my daughter broke her arm. This go around has been a nightmare. Our provider, Timothy was great but getting any paperwork for MRI's or referrals sent, it doesn't happen. After insurance approval, it took over a month for them to send MRI paper to any facility. After finally getting the MRI, they do not deal with her injury so they referred us to Upstate. That was over a week ago and Upstate has not received the referral or paperwork! Disappointment is an understatement.
