I like everyone here. Yes, a couple of the therapists are a bit tough on me and I leave in pain thinking they were “too rough”, but they are doing wonders on me and my shoulder.
I have always respected Cleveland Clinic but my experience with physical therapy at the Indian River Hospital location in Vero Beach was not acceptable. Three times I carefully explained to Marika that after my Ulnar nerve transposition surgery I was instructed by my orthopedic surgeon to never use my arm in a bent position to support weight. Each time she insisted that I do the exercise that she requested saying "it's only for a minute, it won't hurt anything". Each time I reluctantly performed the exercise. On the 3rd time... read more

Wonderful staff. Very respectful of your time and medical needs.
Extremely unprofessional, dishonest, Cold and DISREGARDS urgency for patient care. That’s how I would describe nurse Terry. Disrespectful to co workers and has no shame of speaking poorly of them in front of other patients.
