Staff is so rude and disrespectful the nurses in the nurse station disgusting attitude shouldn’t be working in health care if that’s how u talk to patients. Shut the whole place down. Would give 0 stars if I could

Service isn’t bad. But every time when you have appointments - it’s doesn’t matter what time you come - 30 minutes before or on time - you will wait 1-2 hours more before appointment happens… Sometimes doctors just have a break few hours - so you can’t plan anything for almost WHOLE DAY!

In my experience as a patient at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, I have had only great things to say. I arrived 15-25 minutes before my appointment as requested. My primary care and the resident services are informative, provided solutions, and I also appreciate the option of being referred to specialists in the same hospital, which is convenient, as well as all of my information in one place. This place takes sooo long! Majority of the time you’ll be waiting hours to see someone, app time is 11am you’re leaving at 2pm or later. Took my grandmother for neurology app once and we waited 3.5 hours to see this doctor. He spoke to her for less then 10 min. Why schedule an appointment time when you’re going to make people wait so long after that time. Horrible!

I had an appointment at 10.15am, I arrived at 10am , registered and seen by the nurse. After that they told me to wait, they will call me when they have room available. I waited until 11.30am no one called me. I talked to the nurse, she said no room available yet. Then at 11.40am they called me in side. Last time they took me to the room and kept me waiting for 1 hour to see the doctor!!!! I don’t understand why they gave appointments if they can’t see the patients on time?!!
