Best clinic in the area; we literally drove from Cookeville to here at times because the entire staff is excellent here.
I have been here since 3:00pm this afternoon, and have heard the receptionist/call-taker behind the right window use the term "retard" derogatorally twice since I've been sitting here in the waiting area. I don't know this lady's name, but she is still on duty right now, at 5:50pm. I warn anyone with a mentally handicapped family member to not bring them to this facility, as this particularly rude and disgusting woman is sure to offend you. Thanks for the service.
