I had a resent procedure done, and nurses did an amazing job of making me comfortable before and after,thank you
I wanted to give a HUGE THANK YOU to ROBIN for her exceptional care at NRGH I had asked a nurse for a sling for someone beside me with a broken elbow she refused & not kindly ! Robin must have over heard me & brought him a folded blanket to rest his arm/elbow on She had an paramedic uniform on so a Huge TY for your Empathy & First Class service he really appreciated it !
Very good people work here. The city residents must be proud of having such a nice place for outpatient services if or when necessary. The road facing entry and a sign on top of the door are very helpful to anyone first timer or a pickup driver, etc
Gotta give 'Ambulatory Care ' a 5-star review ! Went in for a 'procedure' somewhat nervous ( very ! ) . Special thanks to all of the staff for their friendliness , professionalism and senses of humour ! Ended up having a completely painless visit !
Top notch medical care. Nurse should get paid more, everyone there made a difficult procedure more bearable.
