Very professional and so nice to my daughter. They checked up on her the day after and just good vibes all around. Did amazing work as well. If you’re wondering if you should pick this place or not, well you totally should cause very professional people and so nice and caring. Great job guys and gals!
We had a great experience with the staff from M2 Anesthesia, I'm so sorry I couldn't remember the names as I was a nervous wreck! But a huge THANK YOU, our anesthesiologist and team were kind and showed great compassion for my son and myself! It's scary having your child undergo anesthesia but the teams' professionalism and kindness made us feel at ease.
I was told to pay a deposit of $1100 prior to my child's dental work and that insurance would be billed afterwards. I'm 3-4 weeks post procedure now and hadn't heard anything on a potential refund so I contacted M2 only to be told they didn't have my insurance information. This was also the time they decided to let me know insurance likely wouldn't cover as they're out-of-network for *ALL* insurance. I feel very misled.
Plain Evil and Out to bankrupt families. We just had to cancel an appointment for our daughter to get fillings - Not only because these people refuse to work with any insurance companies, but also because they seem to have a oligopoly over the entire state of orgon. The economy is in shambles yet they expect families who are struggling to get by to somehow be able to cough up $1100 out of pocket for anything that may require general anesthesia because they're too good to work with insurance providers.
