Tonight I saw one your crews operating on Chandler Dr, and saw them load a patient then a crew member went back an brought the patient's walker to the truck. Ems transported me to Caromont Medical in Gastonia on 1/25/2025. The two girls were great. But since that time constantly receiving bills that has already been paid. Anyone that we have called to get this resolved have no idea what to do. Billing for Piedmont is the worst I have ever seen. No one at Piedmont knows how or what to do. Only reason Piedmont was called is Gastonia can’t come to Clover. Will never use Piedmont again.
